As a dedicated desert caretaker, you'll grow towering saguaros that provide food, shelter, and beauty throughout the Sonoran Desert. Every flower, fruit, and animal plays an important role, but only a healthy ecosystem can truly thrive. Balance your soil's pH, make thoughtful choices, and watch your cacti become the pride of the desert!
In Saguaro Valley players will be growing two cacti simultaneously, balancing the pH levels of their cacti and attracting unique critters. With 140 cards and each cacti growing separately, each game will be different, and each cactus will look totally unique from game to game. Each turn, players will be drafting cactus cards from the center display and then deciding which of their two cacti to place it on to. Each cactus scores uniquely depending on what its Apex card is. Depending on if the card taken has any "+" or "-" icons, the players' pH levels are adjusted up or down. Players will need to balance growing perfect cacti while also maintaining their pH levels as close to neutral as possible. Saguaro Valley can be played with up to 6 players but also includes a solo mode for those wanting to relax and play by themselves.
