Jewel Box - Fluttering Expedition

More beautiful artwork, makes the gameplay more fun! We play with it most games. My daughter (9 years old) just kicked my butt with a 68 point round (pictured, she only used one set of tweezers).

Loved the base game after our first play and I'm often wanting 5-6 player games, so I mainly got the expansion for more player count flexibility. However, the new tiles are a very cool add-on for more scoring options - both add some interesting new strategy. And I appreciate that everything still fits easily in the base game box. I was a bit worried that more players would lead to more downtime, and it technically does, but turns move quick enough that it wasn't a problem - the whole game is still only about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend if you enjoy the base game.
